STAFF QUALIFICATIONS

Background Investigations:

p	STATE POLICE BACKGROUND CHECK:

All personnel working at Wonderland Preschool & Daycare have had a Pennsylvania State Police Background investigation conducted to determine their suitability of working around children.

p	DPW CHILD ABUSE HISTORY BACKGROUND CHECK:

The Department of Public Welfare (DPW) maintains a database of all known perpetrators of child abuse violations. All personnel working at Wonderland Preschool & Daycare have been checked against this database by the DPW with the result that all personnel are cleared before they are hired to work at Wonderland.

p	FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION BACKGROUND CHECK:

All personnel working at Wonderland Preschool & Daycare also undergo a background check conducted by the FBI and are certified to be free of a criminal record by the FBI before they are hired to work at Wonderland Preschool & Daycare!

Teacher Certifications:

p	PRESCHOOL TEACHERS:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in either Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education

State Teacher's Certification from PA Department of Education to teach Preschool or Early Childhood
